Legal Questions

This module introduces on a general basis some important legal questions for the field of Open Science. As a first step, the module looks at some important obstacles of publishing research data and text publications by looking at the interface of third-party rights and the freedom of publication. It provides some practical recommendations on how to deal with third-party rights and images before explaining what licences there are and what they are for.
