Document Management System (DMS)

Alfresco One is used as the DMS, which allows you to easily manage different documents and files centrally and find them again with a quick search function. You can create workspaces where people can work together on documents. Versioning allows you to retain the previous version and to access it at any time.

Alfresco also offers workflows, i.e. workflows for document review and task distribution. Uni-specific processes can also be implemented as needed.
