You work at our information desk and are the contact person for all IT questions. You distribute new passwords, set up the W-LAN, improve the settings of slow computers and can delve into complex problems with notebooks and mobile devices. You will be supported by an experienced team and you will also work in the departments to get the computer up and running again on site.
You will support us in processing orders for our electronic document delivery services KonDoc, Subito and Interlibrary Loan. Your tasks include scanning articles and processing the scans in our web-based document delivery and management system.
You support our subject specialists in maintaining the literature stock, process literature requests and newly acquired media.
You help us with the recording of lectures. In the lecture halls and seminar rooms, you are responsible for the technology, set up cameras and support lecturers with problems with the system. After the recording follows the editing and processing, you are actively involved in the whole process until the publication on the website.
