KIM provides a variety of services which require you to log in:
- Your university account (firstname.lastname)
- Library account
You will need to use different log in information depending on the service:
Students
Log in university account (firstname.lastname) + password for:
- University account
- University services from your home (VPN)
- Setting up a copy card account on your UniCard or Seezeit card
- ILIAS
- ZEuS
Login with number of the Unicard + mailpassword for:
- Library account
- Reserving media that is currently checked out
- Ordering on interlibrary loan
Staff
Log in with firstname.lastname and your Password for:
- University account
- University services from your home (VPN)
- ILIAS
Login with staff member number (03/... + Password) for:
- Library account
- Reserving media that is currently checked out
- Ordering on interlibrary loan
- Ordering via Subito
- Ordering via KonDoc
The library password was synchronised with the university account password on 23.07.2024, so that the previous library password was automatically replaced by the specific password of your university account.
If employees pass on their library card to assistants, for example, it is possible to have a team- card issued by the circulation service in the library. Employees who have a team card still have a separate library password.
There is a separate library password for all special cards (03/7..., team card ...).
External users
Log in with library card (05/...) + password for:
- Library account
- Reserving media that is currently checked out
- Order of interlibrary loans
- Get access to public computers
