Who can use bwLehrpool Remote?
bwLehrpool Remote is only available for students and employees of the university.
How do I use bwLehrpool Remote?
You can access the BwLehrpool environment from outside via the following website: bwlp.uni-konstanz.de . All you need is a current browser and your university account. Choose between Remote PC or Remote VM (less performant) depending on availability.
My desired software can't be found in bwLehrpool Remote?
You are welcome to propose the inclusion of new software. We will check if funding and inclusion is in the interest of the university. If you have any suggestions, please contact support@uni-konstanz.de
What to do in case of error messages?

What is the difference between VMs and Remote PCs?
Depending on availability, you can choose between Remote PCs and Remote VMs (Virtual Machines). The difference is minimal. Only in the case of extensive image processing, VMs may be slightly less powerful.
