Set up “eduroam” quickly and comfortably for Chrombook by downloading the CAT tool provided by the German National Research and Education Network (DFN):

The downloaded file has the '.onc' extension. After downloading the file, you need to open the Chrome browser and go to the following URL: chrome://net-internals/#chromeos. There, please use the 'Import ONC file' button. The import will proceed without any feedback, the new network will show up in your device configuration after completion.

You must then add the following points to the WLAN configuration in the settings:

• firstname.lastname@uni-konstanz.de
•  UNI-Account-Password

The login-process does only work while using an UNI-Account-Password.
