The User Services department is responsible for all library services for users:
- Advice from the library information and IT-support as well as guided tours and courses
- Offer of workstations as well as their technical and media equipment
- Lending all kinds of media from the library's systematic, freely accessible collection of over two million items.
- Literature supply via document delivery services
- Use of many millions of digital books and articles via electronic search systems
