Sharing subito-documents with other persons
Subito's copyright notice is very general and often appears more restrictive than the actual legal situation.
- If the work is in the public domain (official work or author deceased for 70 years - deadline last New Year's Eve), you may reproduce and redistribute the document supplied by Subito as you wish.
- For excerpts from a book (up to 15%) and individual articles from a journal (up to approx. 25 pages) whose author has not yet been dead for 70 years, the following applies: For academic teaching, you may make it available to all participants in the current(!) course, e.g. in electronic form via Ilias. It is important that this is a clearly limited group of people who only have access after identification (ILIAS).
