Interlibrary loan

Delivery:

• Media will usually be delivered to the University of Konstanz within one to two weeks.
• We will notify you when the material is available for pick-up at the lending service desk or the reading room.
• You can pick-up the media until its return date.
• Media is usually loaned out for a four week period, but each library sets its own return dates.
• If it is possible to extend the return date, you will receive an automatic extension for up to four more weeks.
• Essays are available as paper copies. University staff will receive essays via in-house post.

Costs

• For University of Konstanz students: € 0.50
• For external users: € 1.50
• The university pays for orders from its employees.

This amount is due, even if you do not pick up the media you ordered.
