Location: Information Centre in the library

Lending Conditions:

• You can borrow multiple adapters but only one pointer at any time.
• Lending and return via self-booking
• The maximum loan period is 2 days and cannot be renewed.
• You will not receive a due notice.
• Overdue items are subject to high fees (valid until 30.9.2024 3 Euros / valid from 1.10.2024 5 Euros per day and item overdue).

Mobile devices for hybrid teaching

suitable for holding hybrid courses in small groups (or rooms):

• Jabra Speak 750: A handy device (diameter approx. 14 centimetres) with a microphone and loudspeaker. It is suitable for small seminars or meetings where the distance between speakers and the device does not exceed 5 metres. The device has a rechargeable battery and can be connected to laptops or iPads via Bluetooth. Two of these devices can be connected to improve microphone coverage in larger rooms.
•  Meeting Owl Pro: A powerful device with a microphone, a speaker and a camera. It is suitable for medium-sized seminars (up to approx. 25 people) and has a 360° wide-angle camera that is able to focus on individual speakers and magnify the image on its own. You can control individual functions (e.g. camera orientation and magnification) via a smartphone app..

You can borrow the devices from KIM Library and also return them there. We recommend the reservation via ILIAS
