Bookable event rooms

In the library you will find rooms that can be booked for courses by lecturers. To get an introduction to the technology of the rooms, please contact us in time. Only our film rooms can be booked by students.

BS 522 includes a "Mobile Classroom" that can be booked as well:
    12 laptops (Windows 10, software equipment)
The room key, including the key for the Mobile Classroom, must be collected from the loan service (Mon - Fri: 8.00 - 21.00 hrs, Sat: 9.00 - 19.00 hrs) in the Information Center before the event.

BG 335 - Orangerie (30 seats)

    BG 335 includes a high-performance MobileClassroom with 16 laptops, which can be booked as well.
    This Mobile Classroom is specially designed for the use of computationally and graphically intensive applications and is suitable for participation in competitive eSports events.

    Each laptop comes with a mouse and a headset. The MobileClassroom cabinet also contains a charging option as well as separate power supplies, power strips and extension cables for mobile use.
    To use the Mobile Classroom, you will need keys, which you can pick up before the event from the loan service (opening hours).
    If you wish to use the Mobile Classroom outside of BG 335, please contact IT-Support.

BA 440 - Media Lab (approx. 8 seats)

Booking request

You can check whether your desired date is still available or whether you can find a free date.

You can use the following form to send us a booking request for one of the event rooms. We will check whether the room is actually available on the desired dates and confirm the reservation.

Please note!

Until 01 February (summer semester) or 01 August (winter semester) reservations for weekly semester events have priority. Please do not send booking requests for block or individual courses until after these deadlines.

Further computer rooms can be reserved at the university.

The teaching room allocation manages the seminar and event rooms in the university.

If you also need laptops, a mobile classroom can be booked additionally.
