Politics and research funding agencies foster Open Science - but what advantages does this offer you and your science? This online course introduces you to the various aspects of Open Science in research and teaching. It focuses on Research Data Management, Open Access publishing and the sharing of teaching materials as Open Educational Resources. In a practical way, organizational, technical and legal best practices in publishing and processing of scientific data and texts will be addressed.

If you are studying, doing a PhD, teaching or working at the University of Konstanz, you can also complete this course in ILIAS. There you will find further materials as well as the possibility to take tests on the modules. Under certain conditions this course can be credited as a key qualification or for the ADILT.
